Order Status 

Update 12/14 - We Can Not Guarantee Christmas Delivery on Most Items

A lot of inventory of our most popular bedding collections and tapestry items has been depleted resulting in them having to be manufactured to fulfill your order.  With less than 7 business days left there is not enough time to manufacture all and ship to deliver by Dec. 23rd. 

 

Most in stock items ordered by Dec. 15th should arrive by Dec. 23rd. 

 

The ability to add an item to your cart does not mean the item is in stock, only that it is a current product line available for order.  

 

We try to keep all products updated however with the amount of orders coming into our suppliers from hundreds of retailers there is no way to have an exact inventory at all times.  Even if we check stock for you there is no guarantee on the inventory status by the time your order is in line to be picked and packaged will be the same.  Many or no orders may have come in prior to yours.  We have no control over this however much we would love to be able to.  We understand your desire to have the perfect gift for everyone on your list.  We do too.  Online shopping is no different than shopping locally in a retail store where it may have been in stock but sold out by the time you arrive.

  If your order is unable to be delivered in time for your gift giving we will gladly make a gift card with the photo of your gift and email to you for you to print out and wrap or email to your recipient.   

 

Simply add a note to your account or email info@delectably-yours.com and request your gift card.  We will email it to the adress you provided at checkout.  If you wish it to be sent to another address please provide it.  A sample of the card is shown below.

Pure Country Weavers / Fine Art Tapestries - Due to extreme volume the cut off for pillows, placemats & tote bags to be woven is Dec. 8th

 

  • Area Rugs - Any noted as quick ship if ordered by Dec. 15th - See map below for transit times once shipped

 

   

Shipment Pending - If your order is in shipment pending status it means the payment was approved and it has not yet been picked up by UPS or FedEx for shipment.  We can not obtain a UPS or FedEx tracking number until after your package(s) have shipped. 

 

There are numerous processes your order goes through prior to shipping such as: 


  • Order submitted to warehouse

  • In line for manufacturing - if applicable (made to order items - MTO)

  • In process of manufacturing - if applicable (MTO)

  • Packing slip printed

  • Warehouse staff picking / pulling stock from the warehouse to fulfill your order

  • Verification items match packing slip 
     
  • Packaging / boxing

  • Shipment address manually added to shipping service

  • Print addressed label and affix

  • Package sent to dock for UPS / FedEx or Transit pick-up

 

It takes time for all orders to go through these processes and there are always orders ahead of yours.  We can not update each and every one of these statuses.  When one or more items from your order ship the status will change to completed or partially shipped. Most times the UPS or FedEx tracking number along with the anticipated delivery date will be noted.  

 


 Delectably Yours Shipping / Delivery Information:

In stock items may arrive prior to the anticipated delivery dates shown below and at the bottom of the items description page.  

  • Ability to purcase or add to your cart does not mean that current stock is available for immediate shipment.  It means that it is a current line.  The item may be in stock or it is one of the many items that will be manufactured to fulfill your order. Our manufacturers are working around the clock to produce inventory to fill orders.

 

  • Check Stock - We will check stock for you however we can not guarantee your order will be filled as there may be orders ahead of yours for the same item(s).  For fastest response please email us at stock@delectably-yours.com and include the item name(s), size(s) or colors and we will check stock for you.  Please note we can not check stock after 5pm est, or on weekends.

  • Expedited Shipping - We do not normally offer expedited shipping on our checkout page as most of our items are heavy and the cost associated is typically not acceptable to most customers.  2 Day shipping rates for bedding sets start at $55 and up.  If you want a quote on expedited shipping please email us the items you want to purchase along with your full address so that we may obtain a quote for you.

  • HomeMax Bedding & HiEnd Accents - One of our fastest shipping suppliers!  In stock items ship with 1-2 days.  2 day shipping may be available starting at $55 and up due to size of box and weight.

  • Tapestry Products - Stock items from Fine Art Tapestries and Pure Country Weavers typically ship within 1-3 days.  If your order has not shipped within this time frame it is being woven to fulfill your order.  Throw can be woven and shipped within 2 weeks, wall hangings may take a bit longer due to requiring the back to be sewn on.  The same with pillows and tote bags.  Expedited shipping is available please email stock@delectably-yours.com for a quote. Please include the full ship to address.  Minimum charge for 2 day air is $25.   

  • Kimlor Bedding -  Stock items normally ship within 2-3 days. Please email stock@delectably-yours.com for availability, however there is no guarantee as other orders may come in prior to yours. We can only check stock Mon-Fri. 10-4:30 est.  If you order does not ship within this time frame one or more of the items in your order must be manufactured for you to fulfill your order.  2 day shipping may be available starting at $55 and up due to the box size and weight.  

  • Rugs - In stock items will ship the following friday after you place your order. 

     
  • Lead Time - The time from when you place your order online or over the phone, your order information is sent to the warehouse, the time it takes the warehouse staff to pick and package your order for shipment. Each warehouse or items that state ships from manufacturer all have different lead times.  These times are noted at the bottom of each items description page.

 

 

If your package is shipping direct from Kimlor Mills (bedding), Victor Mill (bedding), Pure Country Weavers (throw blanket / pillows) or Fine Art Tapestries (wall tapestries) use the chart below to determine the time in transit once shipped to its destination. Please do not count weekends or holidays, continental US only.  When your order ships we note the tracking number and anticipated delivery date on the shipment details page in your account for your convenience. 




 

 

 

Delectably Yours Shipping Information:

 

  • Ship to Address - You must provide a physical shipping address upon checkout. We can not ship to a PO Box.

  • Shipping Outside Continental US -  Includes Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and APO Boxes -  At this time our website is only capable of accepting orders and calculating costs for shipping within the Continental US.  Shipments to HI and AK require special pricing please email shipping@delectably-yours.com for a quote, please include your full physical address.  

  • International Shipping:  There are several online international shipping services that you may use.  We are not affiliated with anyone of these services and do not promote one over the other. Your order and payment must be placed with the service you have selected.  They will then place your order with us. 

  • Shipping Time Frames - Each item's description includes a notation of the anticipated shipping time frame at the bottom of the description.  Most items will ship sooner than noted however, during busy seasons your order may require manufacturing to fulfill it.  These include all woven tapestry products from Pure Country Weavers and Fine Art Tapestries, Kimlor bedding and accessories and Shaw Rugs.  These products are all manufactured in the US.  Even if out of stock they will be manufactured and shipped within 2-4 weeks. 
    All Victor Mill Bedding and accessories are made to order for you and is noted by the Made to Order graphic. These orders typically ship within 2 weeks.  We can process a rush depending on the current workload.  Please email and ask.

  • Rugs - In stock rugs take 1 - 2 weeks to process and ship depending on when you placed your order.

  • We Ship Via - UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise noted in the item's description.  Some large size rugs over 8'x11' and multiple commercial order must ship via truck freight.  We will calculate the best rate for shipment to you.


  • Shipment Notices are Sent Via e-Mail.  Please make sure you include a correct email address and that shipping@delectably-yours.com is added to your list of allowed senders so that your shipping notice can be received.  Including your email address does not add you to our promotional mailing list. 

  • Refusal of Package - You will be billed for the shipping to and from your location along with any 3rd party vendor charges we may incur. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee no less than 15% up to 30% depending on the item at our discretion.


  • Non-receipt after shipment - You must contact us within 3 days of non-receipt of the anticipated delivery date as noted by your shipper of your purchase to notify us that your package was not delivered.  After this time frame we reserve the right to refer you to the shipper for any claims. 
     
  • We are not responsible for 3rd party shipping mistakes. We will assist you with your claim providing you have followed the instructions as outlined above.
     

Free Shipping Offers

 

We offer many free shipping offers throughout the year in order to help you, our valued customers cut expenses while purchasing online from us.  All free shipping offers are valid for destinations within the continental US only.  We would like to be able to extend this offer to the entire US, it's territories and neighboring countries however the cost of shipping makes it impossible for us to do so.  We sincerely appoligize to all that can not partake in the offers. 

Clearance and special purchase bedding does not qualify for most Free Shipping offers due to the size, weight and deep discounts offered.

Free shipping offer by dollar amount of purchase - Will be automatically applied at checkout as long as your purchase qualifies.  To qualify all items that meet the dollar amount can not include items that currently have a free shipping offer associated with it.  Example; if you purchase a rug for $239 (which has free shipping) and drapes for $89.50, the drapes will not ship free if they do not meet the min. free ship offers dollar amount.  


Free shipping on bedding - Purchase the min. amount required from one manufacturer and your order will ship free within the continental US.  AK and HI will receive a credit towards your shipping for the amount shipping would be within the continental US.  

 

Free shipping on tapestry collection -  Whether your purchase is for one item over $80 or for several items that total $80 your order will ship free within the continental US. Outside the continental US your will receive a credit towards your shipping for the amount shipping would be within the US.  All tapestries can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii however you must email for a quote.  

Free shipping offers with coupon code, $ Off coupon or % Off coupon -  You must place the coupon code in the box during checkout to receive the discount.  Don't worry if you forget.  Call our friendly customer service staff, tell them you forgot the code and we will credit you back the difference. 

 

 

Free Shipping on Items Returned:  Original shipping and any manufacturer's handling charges will be deducted from your refund for any item returned or exchanged that shipped to you free.  Shipping is a 3rd party fee that we incur on your behalf.
